3. Text Messaging (A2P Compliance)
TW Cowboys operates two separate SMS programs. Opt-in to each is collected independently via dedicated checkboxes on our contact form.
SMS Program 1 — TW Cowboys Customer Care. By submitting your contact information and checking the SMS consent box, you may receive transactional and follow-up messages from us related to your inquiry, including appointment scheduling, performance updates, asset and document requests, and confirmation. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting the form or receiving any of our services; if you do not check the SMS consent box you will only be contacted via email or phone. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
SMS Program 2 — TW Cowboys Marketing. If you additionally check the optional marketing consent box, you may separately receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from TW Cowboys, including special offers, discounts, new service announcements, and content updates. Message frequency for this program is approximately 4–8 messages per month. Marketing consent is fully optional and is not a condition of purchase or receipt of our consulting services. SMS opt-in and consent data — no third-party sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging delivery, is permitted. All of the above categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your information. While no system is 100% secure, we take your privacy seriously and work to ensure your data stays protected.
